wedi Corporation warrants that it’s Product Systems conform with the technical specifications as stated in the current brochures and data sheets published.

wedi Corporation will, as its option, repair or replace any product, which proves defective due to manufacturing. This warranty covers immediate consequential damage to property and in the immediate area of installation (attached property is limited to tile works and structure to which wedi was attached) only. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of this property but the cost must not exceed the original cost of installation. This warranty shall apply only if the product is used strictly according to applicable and published wedi specifications, and/or instructions provided by wedi corporation for its use. The installation and product use must comply with national and local building codes or wedi Corporation shall not be liable otherwise. The wedi installation must be tested for function before application of finish product or wedi shall not be liable. wedi Corporation shall not be liable for any failures resulting from structural or wedi product unrelated causes. Providing installation of this product strictly adheres to installation protocols and applicable specifications, wedi Corporation’s warranty shall remain in effect for Ten (10) years from date of purchase. At wedi’s sole discretion, wedi Corporation reserves the right to repair defective products in the actual installation if a result equal to a new installation is assumed. Replacement of any defective product or, at wedi Corporation’s option, refund of the purchase price of any defective product shall be the buyer’s sole remedy under this warranty. wedi Corporation shall, in no event, be held liable for any consequential, incidental or special damages if product is not installed according to national and local building codes and wedi corporation’s written instructions. wedi reserves the right to inspect all claims with own inspectors and may damage finish products. wedi will not be liable for the compensation for surface finish products that are no longer available for purchase or products that are damaged during inspection. wedi offers an installer certification class helping to support proper installation of its products. wedi does not make it mandatory to have its products be installed by a certified installer and the certification does not relieve the installer from his responsibility for any failures and claims due to improper installation and any installations not performed according to wedi’s written installation guidelines and current industry standards. This warranty constitutes the sole warranty given by wedi Corporation in connection with their product. wedi Corporation has authorized no person or company to make or give any other warranties or representation on its behalf.
This warranty shall only be valid if the product is stored or maintained according to wedi Corporation’s specifications before use. No modification of this warranty in favor of any buyer shall be valid unless given in writing and signed by an authorized representative of wedi Corporation (officer of the company).
